Our research project focuses on enhancing expertise in industrial relations and promoting environmental responsibility in Europe. We will examine the effects of national and sectoral green policies on collective bargaining and social dialogue, particularly in the context of transitioning to a low-carbon economy.
The project involves six case studies across Spain, Greece, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, and North Macedonia, with contributions from several universities and research institutions. By engaging with trade unions, employer organizations, and labor decision-makers, we aim to gather comprehensive data through interviews, focus groups, and research analysis.
The goal is to align with EU climate targets and support the implementation of green policies. Ultimately, the project will produce a comparative study to provide insights into industrial relations trends and offer recommendations for future practices in Europe.
