The project aims to enhance the enforcement of fundamental rights for posted workers while ensuring their free and fair movement. It focuses on overcoming barriers and difficulties in monitoring and implementing the Posting of Workers Directive in sectors such as care, construction, transport, and agriculture. Planned activities include expert working sessions to identify problems and propose solutions, training for workers, employers, and state organizations, and co-organizing the EU Labour Mobility Congress. The project aims to achieve better protection for posted workers, promote the use of the Internal Market Information system (IMI), improve information availability and transparency, and foster cooperation and dialogue among stakeholders.
